How do I see FBA returns that don't appear in the FBA returns report
Hi,
We’ve had a number of emails notifying us of customer refunds for FBA items. The email says we should look in the customer returns report for more details. However, the customer returns report never shows any data for these returns.
Amazon’s help says:
At our discretion, we can give a refund without requiring that the customer return the item. These refunds do not appear in the FBA customer returns report. You can find the refund amount that you are responsible for listed as a Product charge in the Refund section of the Payments report.
This is true, but it’s not very useful. I can’t see any more detail about the reason for the refund, so I don’t know whether the return is eligible for reimbursement.
Is there a better way to get a list of FBA returns? What does everyone else use to do this?

It used to be that you could see the reason on the email they sent you.
This however was removed a little while back and it now references the “Voice of the customer”.
Though to be frank, it’s not particularly useful either.
These days I don’t even bother looking as more often than not, the actual reason for the return doesn’t have anything to do with the reason given…
