Account deactivated- amazon callback not working

Hello all, I created my account 2 weeks ago and it has been deactivated/suspended with no apparent reason. I had appealed and submitted all the documents they need for verification. I haven’t heard back from Amazon and the callback request doesn’t work, or isn’t allowing me to make callback request.

Can someone tell me who to contact or how i can resolve my issue as after the 14th day amazon deadline my account can be permanently deactivated.

Please help. thanks

All new accounts on opening seem to now be deactivated with a 'reactivate ’ button to press where you then upload your documents

Did you sign up as an individual (private seller) or a business and what docs did you upload ?

Verification is currently taking 3-4 months for business accounts. Where do you get 14 days before deactivation from? Amazon must have sent you something?

This account you are posting from, is at least 6 weeks old, did you start a second one that has been deactivated?

sorry for the confusion so account opened, automatically closed a week or so after requesting documents, which were already provided upon setting up. Even the strike off removal letter was provided.
I haven’t received any mail regarding as to why it has been deactivated, i was asked to just provide the requested documents (which were all provided upon setting up)

1 -Account opened
2- Automatically closed requesting documents ? yes a little while after.
Documents rejected due to strike off ? No because strike off is suspended, there is no strike off.
You appealed with strike off removal letter - yes along with more documents
Have you heard anything since ? Nope

Does that sound right ? ^
