Handmade category and selling fees.

by Seller_lyUF34znaGncK

I beleive there is a monthly charge for selling on Amazon but it is waived for handmade sellers. Am I still able to list non-handmade items? I was thinking that if so then how come people don't register as handmade to avoid the fees? As is happens 99% of my sales are actually handmade but if that were to change so it was mostly non-handmade then would I be breaking any rules?

There is no set charge for selling (except for the referral fees). You couldn't register as handmade to avoid fees, but you can choose to be on the individual selling plan, rather than professional selling plan, where you do not pay the £30 a month fee, but pay an extra 90p per sale. That works out cheaper if you sell less than 33/34 items a month.

If you have, and sell, on Handmade the monthly fee is waived.

You can still sell in both catalogs.

You can't register for handmade without actually having, and listing, handmade products so it wouldn't be easy to register just to avoid fees
