Warehouse damaged stock is not included in your stranded inventory.
If you click on the stranded inventory tab at the top of your manage inventory page it will show you what is included in the stranded figure.
You will then be able to decide what action to take.

You need to remove your stranded inventory either by creating a removal order or by setting them up to sell.
Having said that, my measures are green, yellow, dark green and red (due to not being able to get stock to Europe). I have an IPI of 454 as well.
It makes no sense that the three measurements that they use to calculate the IPI for me are Good, Fair and Very Good yet I will still have an IPI below 450 from next week.
I have just given up worrying about it. Soon enough they will split it into UK and EU and it will all change anyway. My sell through will get a lot worse because it will only include my UK sales.

Its Sell Through rate that has the biggest effect on IPI.In Stock rate has minimal effect.

I cannot disposal stranded inventory because otherwise Amazon won’t refund me for Warehouse damaged product , isn’t?
