Amazon Ai generated text from customer reviews is giving out false information
Amazon Ai Generated Text from Customer Review is leaving out positive reviews and only summarizing negative reviews. Because of that it is putting a "stop" sign emoji on our product that is harming our sales and making unfair playing field for the sellers.
is anyone facing this?

@Seller_ctmoP8Vw3rAvWYes we have encountered same problem. Our case has been transferred to an internal team. It seems based on other peoples same experiences amazon removes the AI generated tool and regenerates it to hopefully make the fix.
