Unable to ship to amazon via amazon partnered carrier

My products are in New Jersey warehouse. I am trying to ship them to Amazon warehouse but unable to. All the time I get same error saying " UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable. Check your ship-from address and try again."

I have also reviewed the ship from address and no issue is found. I am stuck. Please help.

Thanks for reading this.

Is your ship from address an actual street address (not a PO Box)?

If so, do the Microsoft answers. Log out and back in again, hard refresh the page, clear your cookies, and try a different browser.

When we've had this error it's been a system-wide error and we just have to wait it out. We haven't had any problems creating shipments today and I haven't seen the issue from others either.

Hi - Sorry about your issue, I happen to have the same. Did you ever find a resolution? I've never been able to do this. I always get a quote/see the option, but when I click continue the error pops up. I've only made about 5 shipments so far, so each time I've just moved on and ate the cost.. but now I have a larger shipment of 6 boxes and trying to get it resolved. I have an open case, nothing helpful yet and I just posted a forum question as well.
