It's been well over a month from our account being deactivated.
Money is frozen and can't be disbursed and all stock is lost due to Amazon removing it too early for us to make removal of the items. We had over 300 units stored as FBA. It's crazy how little Amazon is helping us to through this issue.
I've several cases and tried to reach out to multiple emails from Amazon to figure this out.
apuk-seller-verification-enquiry(at)amazon.co.uk and de-vat-number-appeals(at)amazon.de.
Although I had my German VAT number approved there is no help to reinstate my account or any guidance on how to do so. It's terrible and ruining our business. Big losses that we will never get back.
I saw one guy in this forum had his account reinstated due to a mismatch of the information in his seller account. I am certain that this must be the same issue but with the lack of help from Amazon how are we ever to figure this out.
Any supporters out there that even want to help?
