We submitted the bank card verification on February 6th, and it has been 12 days since then. The status still shows as pending verification. We have opened multiple cases, sent emails to the relevant teams, and have been waiting for many days, but there has been no progress at all.
What I can see is "Bank Account Verification (In Progress)" and I can't do anything else. We do not know when we will be able to pass the INFORM Consumers Act, as the bank verification has been showing as in progress. We are also concerned that it has been over 10 days now, and the store may be suspended at any time due to not completing the INFORM Consumers Act. So what's the problem and when can it be resolved?
