I submitted the supplier invoice and photos for the Ninja brand, and purchased 10 units, but I am unable to complete the brand approval due to an error. It seems my case isn't receiving the attention it needs.

No, you're unable to complete the brand approval because you're not approved to sell Ninja products.
But if I'm wrong, you need to be submitting your written Letter of Authorization from Ninja stating that you are authorized to sell their products on Amazon.
(in reality, count yourself lucky. Had you been able to complete the listing, you would probably lose your account within a week. Read through the forums, especially for anyone selling Nike, Adidas, or Ryze.
