Seller profile Delivery performance metrics
My ‘Delivery Performance’ in ‘Seller profile’ has been incorrect since August, showing ‘No Orders’ and ‘No Shipments’.
I’ve had a case open with CS since then, with no progress.
This is very important as not only does it show customers that you are an active successful business but I have started the process of selling the business, and at the moment it looks like we are not selling anything!
I thought it was just me but I notice that every seller I try has the same problem.
Is this a known ongoing glitch?

Feedback - I’ve had 15 in the last 30 days from just shy of 1,000 orders.
This isn’t ebay, most customers won’t leave feedback or reviews, don’t get hung up on it

Maybe its something new and somehow GSO has stumbled across it before its live, which would explain why its not working correctly.
Not sure I want my competitors to know how many orders I’m posting out each month though…

Strange, thats now what I see, windows 10 desktop using Chrome brower,
I see what you see except that box is just not there, it goes straight from the stars and feedback rating to the paragraph under the box.
The only difference I can see is that you are using business Amazon, I don’t as I got fed up changing emails all the time and logging myself out of my seller account. I’ll check in a minute

Yeah I just logged into my business account and it shows on everyone, but like you say everyone’s says no orders even mine.

It is ONLY for Business Buyer Accounts, but was very useful information when choosing a Seller.
Yes, ours is the same, showing as no sales, in the last 30 days, etc. which must put off Business Buyers.
I have raised with SS twice, and they do nothing of course about it, other than log a case. The last Case was: 7506180582 and it still shows status: Pending Amazon Action . They replied last: Amazon

We also have no sales according to the delivery performance, but I think this is just another Amazon idea that went to pot. Complete waste of real estate on the seller page.

It did used to work back in 2018 I remember posting about it…
Unfortunately the screen shots I posted don’t seem to be there. If memory serves it also used to show your average response time to messages. As mentioned above only to business accounts.
