I have used EFN for fulfilling orders in ES,IT,FR and DE for the last few years without any problems, all fulfilled from UK FBA held stock. In the last 3-4 weeks our inventory is not showing up in these marketplaces, as a result our product that we manufacture is not available to purchase on those sites any longer.
Under remote fulfilment we have the following error messages for all the countries that were previously OK
We are unable to create an offer for this ASIN in this destination. Please see the details below.
Reasons:
ASINs have Import/Export restrictions that prevent the product from being sold in the selected country.

I have raised numerous support tickets, I have been asked to sent them reports of exportable inventory, which I have that shows the inventory is exportable.
The only reposne I am getting is that due to Brexit these are no longer exportable, it seems like a bit of a fob off if it worked for the last 5+ years and suddenly 3 weeks ago my UK FBA inventory stopped showing as exportable to those countries.
Has anyone else experienced this please, as if it is genuinely the reason there is no point in me having the other EU Amazon accounts and may as well shut them down as its not worth it for us to have FBA stock stored in EU countries and all the associated costs and VAT/accountant requirments.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Are these listings on amazon.co.uk or or the EU countries websites?
If on .co.uk, I have no idea what the issue is, sorry.
If on the individual countries websites, it may have something to do with GPSR. Do you comply? Have you updated the necessary GPSR information on your listings?

What have you entered for Country of Origin in the listings? United Kingdom or Great Britain?
We have the same problem as you and changed from United Kingdom to Great Britain on 7 of our ASINs and the error you are getting went away after a few hours.
The COO field is however locked on most of our products so we still have a problem.
