I’ve been facing a frustrating issue with Amazon’s category restrictions.
We are not accepting applications to sell:
- Other Human Ingestible products in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
- Other Health & Personal Care category in Used - Acceptable, Used - Good, Used - Very Good, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
- Other Health & Personal Care category in Used - Like New condition(s)
Despite having all the official rights and documents to sell my supplement products, Amazon has repeatedly responded to my cases with:
“There is nothing we can do; we are simply not accepting new products in this category, and we cannot provide a timeline for when this will change.”
The strangest part? Out of my 25 SKUs, 3 are still live, which makes me wonder if there's a missing piece to this puzzle—perhaps an additional document or another way to approach this.
I’ve seen others experiencing similar issues, and I’d love for someone to really dive into this. I have a significant amount of stock from this brand, and I need to resolve this ASAP.
Has anyone successfully navigated this roadblock?
* Are there additional documents I should provide?
* Would going through a different approval channel help?
* Is there any way to escalate this beyond Seller Support?
