MXP5 shipment

My package (Small parcel delivery (SPD)) to amazon fba got delivered before 10 days till now amazon didn't marked as received or delivered. Seller support simply says it takes 5-10 days. but my shipment got delivered before 10 days. the later sent package was marked as received and in-warded but 1 package which was delivered 10 days before not yet in-warded by Amazon FC. both are of same size and dimensions. Amazon seller support not escalating the issue to FC team about the status
