Account deactivated- Section 3 violation

My account was deactivated one month ago due to section 3 violation. In the very first notification I was requested to submit electricity bill or supported document to verify my identity, so I provided them my internet bill and business license but it couldn't worked. After this I received another notification I requested to provide this: Amazon Wrote: Your explanation should include the following information:

-- How your account has not violated section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement

-- Evidence that shows that your account complies with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.

I can't get it what do I need to submit exactly? it's been a month now Amazon is just hanging me back and forth. The whole seller support team and account health specialist became so frustrating, they are unable to address my issue every time.
