Safe-t claim question
Customer has bizarrely split a multi-item order into 3 separate return requests and it seems it is coming back to us in 3 separate parcels.
This is a normal order and not SFP (seller fulfilled prime)
it says on safe-t claim screens that you can only open one claim per order-id
but in this instance what if the customer returns will not all be returned back at once - and the return reasons and claim reasons may be different for separate elements of the multi-item order and subsequent returns.
One of the packages (it seems the first scanned by RoyalMail) has a £50 refund pending (automatically started by amazon on first scan) - but package 2 & 3 are in transit but no pending refunds.
If amazon issue the refunds we are able to claim for incorrect return reasons to recoup return label fees - and condition of goods (missing items - customer damaged etc)
but if package 2 & 3 are left for us to refund then we cannot claim via safe-t,
if we do a partial refund or even refuse to refund we are then leaving ourselves open to a/z claims instead.
I know that we are supposed to ask seller support - but I thought it would be better to ask here instead.

Hello @Seller_Nprc5XWvdLYk9,
Could you please provide the Order ID? That will allow me to request additional details from the partner team.
Kind regards,
Sarah.
