Buyer cant find return label from an auto authorised return

Hi,

Buyer has opened return request and received the return label from Amazon as the return has been auto authorised.

He has now messaged me to send him a label as he is waiting to return the item.

According to the tracking on the return page, the package has been picked up by the carrier (although this is not the case). So I have probably been charged for this label already.

I have tried explaining to him to try and download his label again, through his Amazon account. He hasn’t managed and said that Amazon have said I am responsible for a new label.

Anyone had any experience with this?

For some reason it says this as soon as the return is auto authorised. You won’t be charged until its printed, posted and scanned
