Amazon declining my ungating applications
I have spent the last 2 days trying to get ungated without success with suppliers known to Amazon and which I have used to ungate other products. I keep being told the documentation I provided might have been tampered with and to provide a different document. The suppliers are perplexed, they have asked me to share their emails for Amazon to contact them. Amazon is not bothering to contact them and just continues to decline my applications with speed and without doing any verification with the suppliers, including one that is owned by Amazon! I am honestly at a loss about this and ask for @Dougal_Amazon@Julia_Amazon @Julia_Amzn @CR_Amazon@Ange_Amazon to help look into these cases 11650723162 and 11653516942 please.

please I am following up on this as I’ve just been declined again for an Invoice from a supplier which is owned by Amazon even after they gave me an LoA. I will appreciate someone actually looking into these cases and contacting the suppliers as Amazon usually does. @Kai_AmazonI will appreciate your help. Thanks

Even if your paperwork is ok Amazon do not guarantee ungating for many other reasons.

I would encourage you to appeal the decisions. Make sure your documents meet all the requirements outlined in the Invoice requirements help page. For case 11653516942, its still in Progress.

I have got the same problem. I’m sending the genuine invoice from the wholesaler and getting a decline. The stock is waiting to be sold and I’m losing money. It’s an utter joke.
