Submit for verification button not working

Hello,

I am having problems with my identify information. I have completed my Business and Contact Information, Primary Contact and Beneficial Owner sections in identity information; all the information has a green tick and states “successfully submitted all the mandatory details”. However, I am still being told “Additional information is required to complete your account registration”, which is the “Review your county of establishment and business type” (please look at the image inserted). Whenever I click “update now”, it already states the correct information (my country and the type of business I own); so I click contuine, the page loads and I attempt to click “Submit for verification” but nothing happens. The “Submit for verification” button simply does not work.

As far as I know, I have completed all the verification and even received an email last month saying Amazon verified me. I’m not quite sure what is going on with my account and Amazon support has not resolved this issue so far. Is there anyone who has been through this and managed to resolve it?
