Shipping to Amazon.de FBA

Hi Guys. I am pondering selling into Amazon.de FBA. What obstacles could i face.

I know i have to be Vat registered in Germany.

I have done FBM into all the main Eu markets previously and it was just hassle with the free returns.

Is FBA the solution?

Have things become a little more simple after brexit?

You’ll also need EPR , an importer of record and fiscal representation in Germany

Most sellers register in France and send stock there for redistribution

Hi Little shop, i have applied for the EPR.

I have applied for Vat registration via one of Amazon recommended tax agents " Easy tax" i assume they will be my fiscal rep?
