How to track an item shipped by Amazon logisitics
A customer has asked for proof of delivery for an FBA order. I have a tracking reference, but it was shipped with Amazon logistics. How do I track the item?

This is what you pay Amazon for. You should point the buyer in their direction as they deal with the customer aftercare for FBA orders.

I figured it out and I wish if people didn’t know the answer, they’d either just admit they don’t know the answer or say nothing. Having the answer, I can now respond to the customer and avoid the problem of Amazon refunding them.
If you enter the following into your browser, and add the order number after the equals, you get the tracking info, as per my screen shot for a customer’s order - https://www.amazon.co.uk/progress-tracker/package/ref=oh_aui_hz_st_btn?_encoding=UTF8&ie=UTF8&itemId=onomoultklqvq&orderId=
You’re welcome

That could potentially be useful, but we only ever seem to hear about these cases after the event when Amazon have already refunded the customer for “non-delivery” and still charged us the postage costs of course.

Yes, I’ll bare it in mind in case that ever happens. My customers just seem to go straight to Amazon everytime, who of course solve everything by pushing the button marked “refund”.
