First account deactivated due to multiple account

Amazon deactivate my amazon.co.uk account due to multiple account policy violation and then on seller forum i post a message and Amazon employee replied that i sent your problem to amazon health centre they will contact bug nobody's contacted me in reality i haven't own 2 account at once or different times this is a pure misunderstanding in consequence amazon deactivate my account.
Please can anyone help me in this matter.
I submit around 13 application to reactivate ny account but always declined.
