DXB2 warehouse does not exist

My shipment was assigned the appointment to DXB2 for 18/09/2021 09:15 PM GST.

One hour before my appointment I arrived suggested location as mentioned in the Amazon email, as well as from shipping plan address detail, the warehouse doesn’t even exist.

Security guard around that area doesn’t know what is DXB2.

When mentioned CEVA1 Amazon warehouse, they directed to a place whereby it is still under construction.

Despite the fact the email mentioned from 26th Sep DXB2 warehouse will start to use, seller central system assigned an appointment for me on the 18th Sep.

And now I have no choice but to cancel the appointment, and reschedule. And when I created a new shipping plan, system assigned DXB4 this time, but the first available slot is on the 3rd Oct.

Some of my products are out of/low stock already, this disorganized system has caused significant delay for my shipment to be sent to FC.

If your shipment being assigned DXB2 CEVA-1 FC, DO NOT GO THERE!!!
