Upon review of your account, we confirmed that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners and our store and your account and your selling privileges will not be restored.

I am reaching out to formally appeal the decision regarding my Amazon seller accountsuspension. I strongly affirm that my account has never been used for any deceptive,fraudulent, or illegal activity. I have always conducted my business with integrity and in fullcompliance with Amazon’s policies.I respectfully request a detailed explanation of the specific violations identified, along withany supporting evidence. If any issues have been flagged in error, I am more than willing toprovide clarification or take corrective action as needed.I kindly urge you to reconsider my case and allow me the opportunity to continue selling onAmazon. This is a forum for sellers. There are mods on here who are Amazon staff, but they need to be tagged in the thread in order to respond to it and they will only be able to help you if you have an open case with seller support and you post the case ID here.

This is not the correct place to appeal.

Also, Amazon's use of the words "deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity" is VERY misleading - all it usually means is that you have failed to keep one or more of their policies - you need to find out which !

I would guess it's either (alleged) reviews or ratings manipulation, or BSR manipulation.

Did you have any friends, family or colleagues purchase your items or go o to leave reviews?

Were you adding product inserts with (allegedly) problem language, or terms that would potentially divert negative sentiment? (eg "If you're happy, leave us a review. Otherwise send us an email".

There will hopefully be something in your original correspondence to give some ideas on the alleged problem.
