Amazon Heavy and Bulky FBA
I am looking to send some products to Amazon FBA using pallets. First of all am I allowed to send products that are heavy and bulky? I am trying to create a shipment workflow but it keeps saying maximum dimensions are exceeded.

How do I create a shipment workflow? It just keeps saying - Boxes that contain standard-size units cannot exceed 63.50 cm on any side

I’m presuming that from your name, your actually talking about furniture?
If so, then you need to enrol on the Heavy and Large program first.
One of the benefits of the program, is that you can offer delivery yourself and make an arranged delivery.
So it doesn’t have to be FBA.

Can anyone help, I sell slippers, 18 pairs in a carton and one side of the box is 70cm, the other sides are all under 63.5cm, i have been sending cartons like this for FBA via the old system with UPS for around 10 years but now it has moved to send to amazon workflow it won’t accept my cartons as one side is too big. I’ve read the information on amazon but have been unable to find what to do. I only send about 10 ctns at a time but woldl be really grateful of some help ?
