Read onlyI have been facing issues regarding my Prime badge. Over two weeks ago, I successfully met all the targets required for the Prime badge. According to Amazon policy, the Prime badge should be automatically applied within 24 hours of meeting all targets. However, to my disappointment, my Prime badge is still not showing up on my account.
I have reached out to Amazon several times regarding this matter, and each time I am told that the internal team is investigating the issue. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution in the past week, and my Prime badge is still missing.
In the past 30 days, I have completed 156 shipments with the following metrics:
On-time delivery: 100%
On-time shipment rate: 100%
Buy Shipping usage: 98.7%
Cancellation Rate: 0%
I am concerned that despite meeting all the requirements for the Prime badge, it has not been applied to my account. I wanted to find out if there are other sellers experiencing the same issue or any advice from an experienced seller on this?
