Refund on first scan return postage label
Does anyone know if there is a way you can reclaim the return postage label cost on the refund on first scan returns other than opening a Safe T Claim ?
For example today i have 2 returns back which have been refunded in full despite being related to sizes ( ie should have a been a ’ does not fit return’ )
Is there anyway i you can apply for a label credit here ?

Assuming it is not fashion (which gives free returns regardless of reason) I think your wasting your time trying to prove that the customers return reason was incorrect.
What was the return reason? How can you prove it is incorrect, how do you know it should have been a ‘does not fit return’?
It is virtually impossible to challenge a return reason.
However I believe the only way you could get a reimbursement for a customer return is to open a SAFE-T Claim.

If it’s fashion, doesn’t fit is still a free returns label due to the catagory.
If not, then the only way is a Safe-T claim.
