This ASIN has been assigned to Smart Air but is a product name of a product manufactured by High Street TV. When customers have a problem, they are being pushed to our Trust Pilot page so we have reviews we can't remove for a product that has nothing to do with us. When we query it, the reviewers tell us that Amazon sends them to our page.

My case has been 'answered' / closed 3 times now but no-one is reading the issue properly. The latest email has come from Brand Registry in Germany who has closed my case again telling me that they have blocked this issue on the DE site and this is from the UK site. They suggest I contact the seller - who happens to be listed as Amazon.

I am going around the houses with this. I can't get back on to live chat easily and I can't seem to re-open a case

So I have gotten my first return after selling on amazon for some time now as customer claimed the product is not as described. I can see under manage returns that the product is showing auto-authorised. What steps should I take to make sure I get my product back. Should I click on issue refunds or wait till I get my product and inspect before issuing a refund? Please help anyone.

I have 10 products listed as active in my inventory however all of them are not showing on my store. The other 79 products listed as active are all showing on my store. 7 of these products are searchable via ASIN in the amazon search bar and 3 our not there at all. I have a professional account (FBM) and have been looking at posts on the forum all night and have raised several tickets and tried closing, deleting etc, not on holiday mode and I'm struggling to fix the issue and the customer service people don't seem to understand. any help will be greatly appreciated. thanks
