What is SEND (Amazon Partnered Carrier)?
I'm very confused on what this is. I am trying to create an AWD order using my own freight company. I unchecked using the AGL service, but the next screen asks me if I want to use SEND. How is this different from AGL?

AGL (Amazon Global Logistics) is Amazon itself being the shipping company that transports good from China to the Fulfillment center market of your choosing.
SEND is Amazon's name for its international shipping marketplace for goods from China to USA. You can use SEND to see different carriers that will give you discounted rates to transport your goods from China to the United States. (In this case Amazon is not the shipping company).
I do not recommend SEND. Its not well constructed. There is confusion on weather SEND orders by sea shipping are actually charged on Amazon or you have to pay the shipping company outside of Amazon. But SEND orders via air shipping are automatically paid via your Seller Central account.

Hey @Seller_DPetgMN6a9UZU,
In addition to McLovin's reply, my colleague Ricardo had a recent announcement with some details here.
Additionally, the full Amazon Global Selling SEND Program from Vietnam to USA help page highlights features and a step by step guide to answer your questions.
