I hope you guys are doing well. I am facing an issue regarding a product safety warning, which is causing me to lose sales and ranking.
I have already submitted the Safety Data Sheet, which states that there is no statement of a skin allergic warning. I have contacted Amazon support multiple times. At first, they denied my request and kept saying that it is a skin allergic product.
But when I submitted the Safety Data Sheet, they accepted that it is not an allergic product and asked me to remove my listing for 24 hours and relist it, and the warning would disappear. I did the same, but it is still there.
I have also contacted them via call and they have asked me multiple times to remove my listing, but it is still showing on my listing.
Can you suggest any solution to this problem?
