Amazon Vendor Central New Agreements

I don’t know if anyone can help me / give advise.
As well as using seller central we also have a amazon vendor account set up.
Originally we negotiated and agreed commission terms of 7.5% with amazon vendor and we fulfil our own orders.
In May 2018 we were upgraded to new agreements of 15% commission and only realised when we received our invoices at the end of the month.
Amazon vendor central keep coming back to us saying ‘you have agreed the new terms and we can not change these’. They won’t tell us how, where, when and worst of all, they wont let us change them back!
Has anyone else has this issue before? We are stuck with what do to. We negotiated prices for our products with amazon, they can change them and then they charge us more commission we also can not change. So we are now stuck in an issue where our products are vertually non profitable if we sell any!
Any advise would be apprecaited!
