discussion.Amazon have become a joke scammers have found out they can get delivery even with proof and pictures signature etc but if they put in am AtoZ claim Amazon just refund them from the sellers money.

Even if you appeal you have no chance.

Then if you say I purchased the courier through you they won't di a claim for loss they say talk to the courier. The courier says talk to Amazon.

Complete waste of time costing me hundreds of £

Anyone else having trouble with scammers? and Amazon is letting them get away with it?

Genuine customers are buying a product off eBay, the eBay seller then buys it off us on Amazon and ships it to their customers, as soon as its delivered they contact Amazon and say its either the wrong product or that they haven't received it, Amazon just refund them instantly and no matter how many times I show them proof of delivery or proof they bought it off someone on eBay they simply don't reimburse us and don't care.

I have even had 2 of the customers contact me as we used branded tape on our parcels, they asking why we have sent it to them when they didnt buy it off us, they confirm who they bought it off on eBay.

Only option i have is to remove these product from Amazon as we have no support.

Whats the point of fighting an Amazon AtoZ claim when all amazon do is give the customer there money back even when you prove the parcel was delivered and the customer is lying. We had one the other day and amazon said you have proved the parcel was delivered but we are still refunding the customer. Amazon is a home for people who scam honest sellers and amazon let them get away with it. Amazon really need to look at this but dont think they will bother because they dont give a dam about the seller. Just want to keep taking money of them.
