Empty basket on Amazon

The problem is with my every product. Customers can’t buy, their shopping basket is empty after clicking add to basket.
How to fix it? I checked on different computers also smartphone the same problem. Please help

Silly question - but how do you know this? Are customers contacting you to tell you this or are you trying to buy your own products as a test? - if so you cannot purchase your own products I believe.
