Image thumbnails on the left / Larger images in listing

My listings currently all have image thumbnails below the selected image but I see other listing with thumbnails on the left allowing the selected image to be much larger.

Has anyone managed to change their listing image thumbnail style?

In essence:

The zoom feature is automatically enabled when your main image is larger than 1000px x 1000px. For best results, Amazon recommends the longest side to be 1600px or more.

as well as the above it’s often amazon AB testing different page layouts in different categories, and it’s not something you have any control over.
