The transfer of funds to your bank account was processed with no issues
Okay so here’s the deal. I am a new seller on amazon and have been doing it for a month or so.
What has happened is that I requested payment for funds to go into my bank account, the problem is that there are no funds when I check my bank account lol. I have tried to investigate this using amazon seller help where automation comes up with “The transfer of funds to your bank account was processed with no issues.” So basically it’s so weird because I have put the correct details in and nothing has come in. I’ve contacted the bank and they told me that they don’t even trace funds and that its amazons job to do the tracing to my bank account. Anyways any help would appreciate it.

If your bank account is verified and your account verified, you will receive the automatic disbursements. If either of them isn’t, you won’t until they are.

have you looked at the disbursement reports to see what Amazon have recorded? It’s reports>payments, then select disbursements and it’ll show you what happened and the status.
