Help! My accounts is being suspended due a bunch of Scam chargebacks orders!

To be exact it is my US seller account being blocked from login and has affected all my EU seller accounts as well. I cannot post on US seller forum as I cannot login.

The case is that we have been receiving multiple orders on the USA marketplace all from a few ASINs of Kingston SSD from different buyers all sending to the same forwarder center with similar pattern. (2 - 3 orders of the same product each with quantity 1 and to the same forwarder center)
As we have no other choice, we sent the order and before the package arrive a chargeback will be filed immediately the order was sent and showed on the tracking records.

We didn’t notice it as a big problem because we have represented the chargebacks and Amazon decide that we are not responsible. However, recently my us seller account is blocked form login suddenly and only an email that says we have violate the policy by issuing unjustified refunds! And since my EU & UK account is linked to US account, they all got suspended.

Most worst is that I have no way to login and file a proper appeal. There’s an email address selling-partner-action-review@amazon.com on the suspension email but the is absolutely no reply at all for a month and I have no where else to get help other than posting my issue here.

I noticed that this is a UK forum but I really has no other choice, I cannot post on US forum now. Can someone please help look into this matter? Please urge someone / US appeal team to review my case. We are victim of the scam orders and we got suspended by amazon without a chance to appeal/explain? I think everyone deserve a chance to explain/appeal especially when we have done nothing wrong and the block is clearly an mistake.

Sorry but your account has been suspended due to poor metrics and breaking Amazon policy.
Your Lead time resulted in negative feedback, 2- 6 weeks is not good.

In Europe a restocking fee is not permissible only a deprecation value applied if the item arrived back damaged or received in a condition different to how it was sent, but allowing for inspection.

Chargebacks were received because on the UK/Europe marketplaces you are liable for customs and vat/duty fees. The price the customer pays at checkout is final and there should not be any additional costs.

You really need to thoroughly research a marketplace before selling on it, Selling in the USA is not the same as selling in the UK/Europe.
Amazon as well as individual countries have their own rules and regulations.
