Counterfeit without a test buy
Hello there,
I read your post about the Counterfeit without a test buy. Would you mind explaining more about going to TESS and search for the brand trademark?! I've done my search and it appears that the brand who filed against me is from Europe and they don't have any trademark in the US. I am not sure if that is what you were saying in the post. If you could please help me explain how to solve this, I'd be greatly appreciated.

Can you share what post you are referencing? Are you facing a similar violation? If so, in most cases, you will either need to get a retraction from the rights owner or furnish authorization documents such as invoices or a letter of authorization.

From the USPTO website, you can utilize the search options from the TESS database. In your performance notification, you would have received the actual trademark registration number. You search by this registration number within the database.
