Just wanted to share my thought
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share my thoughts and disappointment regarding an ASIN I created. Since I don’t own the brand nor have any relationship with them, they’ve completely ignored me—despite my efforts in optimising the listing for search and driving its success.
What feels particularly unfair is Amazon allowing other sellers to jump on the listing now that it’s performing well, especially as I suspect some aren’t even selling the correct product. It’s incredibly frustrating.
(I photographed the edited the pictures, that is also can be found elsewhere too.)
I’ve since moved to another category, as the disappointment outweighed the revenue. Has anyone else experienced this? I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Thanks!

I don't really think you have an arguement, you created a listing (for your own benefit) for a brand you do not own or have any relationship with but somehow consider yourself entitled to have the listing to yourself and/or complain if other sellers join. You haven't created the product or the brand, just an Amazon catalogue entry.
Amazon only create listings for their own products so the vast majority of listings are created by other sellers some of which you may have jumped on at some point.
We all create listings when the product isn't in the catalogue or jump on the existing listing if it does, we can't do anything else as the EAN is locked to that listing. Sometimes we can't list things because the catalogue entry is so bad or misbranded but that's another story.

You did understand how a catalogue system works at the point of creating the ASIN right?
If you want a listing to yourself, I'd suggest you head over to ebay.
If you believe other sellers aren't actually selling the product as in the ASIN - then I'd say you need to create a test order and prove it.

Welcome to Amazon, many times I have created an ASIN which is a good seller only to then have other sellers jump on the listing.
Obviously they are allowed to do this if they are selling the same product as me. It is frustrating but it is also the way Amazon works.

So you spent your time optimising a listing that wasn't yours to begin with?
