how to talk to seller support?

how to talk to seller support?

i have a pro account had been trying to talk so a 'PERSON' from amazon seller support team. had used 'call me now' for then 20 times within a week. every time it says 'dialing your number' and then 'call connected' but nobody called me. 2-3 times it went straight to voice mail from nu ber 206-508-5051 in seattle. my phone is not on silence/do not disturb mode nor this number is blocked on my phone.

when i tried to reach different department from amazon, i got the call instantly from the same number

anybody else noticed this dirty trick from amazon?
