When I try to upload a new product, the screen signs off as normal but nothing gets added to the inventory. The system shows I have drafts but there is nothing there either. Suggestions?

I created my product listing and shipped the items to the Amazon Fulfillment Center. While the listing and images were initially correct, I noticed today that the product images have now changed to those of a completely different product. I am also unable to update or change the images myself. This is my first product on Amazon, and I have just started selling. The issue is causing a significant delay, and I am at risk of incurring losses with each day that the incorrect images remain on my listing. Also when i try updating the image from edit listing section it gives this error: 'The MAIN image that you have submitted shows a product that is different to the product represented by the ASIN's existing MAIN image. To resolve this problem, remove or update your contribution's MAIN image so that it shows the correct product or update your contribution's identifying information (e.g. UPC, ASIN) so that it corresponds with the product shown in your MAIN image.' I have also tried to upload images through upload images option from the catalogue section. It has been 2 days since i made the case with Amazon but still haven't received any response. I’m reaching out regarding my product listing with ASIN: B0CFLF9R3D, which is currently being sold in Germany and the UK. I recently updated the listing with 9 new images. However, I’ve noticed that both the old and new images are now appearing on the product detail page, resulting in a total of 18 images being displayed.

My intention was to replace the old images with the new ones, not to have them combined. Could you please assist in resolving this issue so that only the newly uploaded 9 images are displayed on the product detail page?

I also launched a case with seller support team Case ID: 10126507152, But nothing fixed.
