Request approval

Help needed please! I sold books using FBA for about a year but stopped because of lockdown/covid etc. For a few months now I have been stocking up again with books to restart FBA but when I try to list the books, most of them say “Requires Approval”. When I request approval it tells me I have been successful due to past selling history but when I try to list the books again it is still saying “Requires Approval”. I have exchanged many many emails with seller support but they have been absolutely useless.
The first few emails I got back from them said they couldn’t find any issues with my account. About 4 emails later they said they found a problem and that I needed to update credit card details. This was completed but even after they told me to give this process more time I could only list a couple of books without requiring approval.
After numerous further emails to seller support with examples of screenshots sent of the issues I was having, they have now said that they have added the 2 books I sent screen shots of. But that is only 2 books. I still can’t list most of my other books. They are now asking me to send ASIN and FNSKU so that they can investigate further.
Any help with this would be gratefully appreciated as seller support just has me running round in circles repeating everything over and over again. Thank you.
