Why the button "see all buying options" is not working from mobile phones?

Hi guys. Can any one explain to me why the button “see all buying options” is not working from mobile phones?
It works only from computers?

Report it as a bug someone will take look at some stage I assume

Yes, used CDs are affected badly and it seems to vary depending on what device is being used as to whether you can select other sellers. You only get one option available and its not always the cheapest one.

For books it doesn’t always show on desktop computers. It’s very random.
