I have not received the returned item yet

cIt's been more than a month the customer returned two products but the product still hasn't reached my warehouse yet two products ordered by the same customer I don't understand why Ordered and returned the same two products, what else to do. Do any of you know how many days it takes for return items to arrive at War House?
