Collectable, Refurbished, Used conditions/You cannot list the product in this condition
I will try and explain this as best as i can, and i really hope someone can help, as this is driving me crazy.
I have just created a listing for some glasses, there are in the category, Health and Personal Care > Visual Care > Reading Glasses.
I now cannot edit the listing at all, it leads me to a page which says the following, Collectable, Refurbished, Used conditions/You cannot list the product in this condition.
This is frustrating as the product I’m selling is NEW. There is no option to request approval, and I was told by Amazon Support, that this category did not require approval. On the page with the above text, there is no other options than, Return to Seller Central. This is super frustrating as I just want to set up my listing and print my FNSKUs.
I would appreciate anyone who could help me with this.

Whilst the category is open to all, as the help pages state some items require approval, and obviously reading glasses must fall under this restriction.
Although listing products in the Consumer Electronics and Health and Personal Care categories is generally open to all sellers, sales of specific products may require approval from category managers. If you have received a message that the product that you want to list is restricted to approved sellers, please contact us for approval.
