yes mine just dropped out to here in lancashire - hope that this isnt like it was the other month - who on earth would do an “upgrade” at 4:45pm when everyone is manifesting! Not sure that this is a an upgrade.

Shocking service for us the past couple of weeks. Some customers waiting 1-2 weeks for Royal Mail 24/48 deliveries. Wonder what the excuse is this time…
