What's the email address for escalations?

Could someone please let me know what the email is for escalations?

Something like md@amazon.co.uk, or managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, I think.

I’ve exhausted every avenue with seller support.

Thanks

@Seller_540qgZMXuuXdD - to email the MD, it is managingdirector@amazon.co.uk, BUT you do have to have opened a case with Seller Support first and quote the case ID.

I find it is best not to quote the case number in the subject as often your email will just get attached to the existing case and Seller Support will continue to fail to help.

@Seller_i38MVIJDH23AY - I agree, basically, but the OP was talking about emailing the MD, not further SS contact - is that the case with the MD ? - I thought you still had to quote the case ID when emailing MD ?

Could be totally wrong though ?!

I always quote the case number but put it in the body of the email rather than the subject. Maybe I just got unlucky when they added my email to the existing case.

No it happens to me as well if you put the case number in the subject it just gets routed to standard support as a follow up on that case.

@Seller_d8YGbIjNqwFxn - that's interesting - I'll remember never to do that !!

Thank you for reaching out to us here on the forums. I understand you're looking for an email address to escalate your concerns with Seller Support.

Unfortunately, there isn't a direct email address available for escalations in the way you're describing. However, I'd like to help you get the appropriate assistance. First, I'd recommend opening a case with Seller Support by clicking the Help button in the upper right corner of your Seller Central account. Once you've done that, please kindly share the Case ID of that case and describe the issue you're experiencing here in this thread. This way, I can contact the appropriate team to better assist you with your situation.

I look forward to hearing back from you so I can help further.

Best regards,

Gary
