Draft selling application for brand/category

Hi everyone,

I'm new to selling on amazon and would like some advice, I've seen other discussions stating that draft selling applications cannot be removed so if you no longer want to go through with the process off applying and stays on draft could this affect your account health or will this be fine?

Ive tried looking into the policies and nothing shows anything about that and last thing id want is my account to get flagged up.
