Unable to edit Countries/regions excluded from FBA Export

Hi, I've suddenly got some countries excluded from FBA Export. They are France, Germany, Italy, Spain and United Kingdom (UK is my home marketplace). When I go to Shipping restrictions and click "edit", these countries are grey and not clickable. Because of this export exclusion, France, Germany, Italy and Spain become ineligible for Remote Fulfilment with FBA, which previously worked just fine. Could anyone help me please?

I'm not sure, but it may be related to another issue I have. Recently Amazon requested me to provide documents to prove my business establishment in the UK for VAT reasons, which I did, and Amazon confirmed that my business is in fact established in the UK. However, on my home seller's page I still have an alert saying "Take action to comply with your legislative obligations before enforcement. Your selling privileges have been restricted", which should have disappeared long time ago. I've contacted Amazon Account Health Support about this issue and currently waiting for their reply.

Thank you very much for any help!
