Carrier Confirmed Full Delivery but Amazon Showing 100 Units Missing – Investigation Closed
Hi everyone,
I sent a shipment of 300 units to Amazon, but the system shows 100 units missing. Amazon automatically closed the investigation as “contents counted and confirmed,” even though my carrier has confirmed all cartons were delivered to the fulfilment centre.
I was also unable to submit a reconciliation request through the Shipment Contents page, and support hasn’t addressed the delivery proof.
Has anyone had this happen before? How do I get Amazon to reopen the investigation when carrier scans show full delivery?
Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello @Seller_tiGtp1q2CuS1h ,
Have you provided Proof of delivery and Proof of inventory ownership that meet requirements listed in the page Reconcile your shipment at paragraph What documents do you need to request research for your shipment?
If you did not, you can reopen the case providing the documentation. If you already provided these, but these weren't addressed in the case, you can share here the ID of the case so that one of us Community Managers can review it.
