“Amazon told me my parcel is lost in transit so… I would like a refund please”
This seems to happen a lot lately, amazon are actually telling customers your item may be lost in transit, contact the seller for a refund… So lately I have had about 5 customers contact me about this, one out of the 5 actually said this:
“Hi amazon have told me my item is lost, but it arrived within a day of purchase”
Good to know there are some honest customers, so as for the other 4 customers, as all my items are sent tracked, I looked up the tracking to find they all arrived within a few days of ordering and yet they are just wanting a refund.
You can kind of tell the different between a genuine customer and a fake one
Usually the genuine will state they have waited ages and no sign of delivery, yet the fake ones just leave you a quick message, “no delivery please refund”
Etc etc etc

Several other threads about this on here and Amazon have finally changed the message so it no longer suggests a refund
