Merchant Token not showing

I’ve had my sellers account for over a year but haven’t sold anything in the past 6 months, and am trying to locate my: seller ID (merchant token)/ vendor code associated with my Amazon account, but cannot find it anywhere.

I followed this the directions of finding my merchant token in my business information but it isn’t there…??

Does anyone know why this may be? Do I need to reactivate my account perhaps?
