Box volume does not meet the expected minimum cubic cm ?
I’m just trying to modify a packing plan to increase the number of units per box. At the top I get the above warning with a clickable link saying find out more.
However, in true Amazon fashion when you click the link to the ‘help’ page it’s about as much use as a chocolate fireguard and says nothing about minimum cubic cm.
The warning is in yellow and the same colour yellow is highlighted on the page where you enter the box dimensions. So I’m guessing this has something to do with the dimension of the cartons and NOT the number of units.
Yet it won’t let me change the number of units.
Does anyone know what this message is about and how you can change the number of units on a product shipping plan?

I get that every time.
I think it is because they calculate from your measurements how much space everything should take up, if things were perfectly rectangular but we have squeezed more in. For example, I have embellished cards that are an irregular shape, the measurements they have are for the widest point but I pack them so they fit together (one right way up, one upside down) so two of them only take up the space they think that one will.
I just okay it anyway and there has never been a problem.

I get that message every time. I just ignore.

Now you know why Amazon deliveries often use boxes that are 2-3x larger than needed with tons of paper wrap for voidfill.

I had this issue the other day editing an existing case pack template, we wanted to up the numbers we sent in, and found a suitable box. The items are pouches so can be squeezed together but we couldn’t seem to be bypass or progress through the ‘minimum expected not met’ alert?
